Whether you are looking to keep your child fit and active or to help them excel at a particular sport, Momentum offers personal and group training to young movers in a fun, yet challenging environment.

Using our state-of-the-art reaction wall, super-supportive coaching staff and science-backed methods, we keep kids motivated and excited about their movement goals….and they want to keep coming back!

Adult Personal and Group Training

No matter where you are starting from advanced exerciser to complete novice, we have a program available for you.

Group classes include high-intensity circuit classes, strength classes and core classes. Build comraderie and get fit

For those needing a more personalized approach (even for just a few sessions), we help you assess where you are, perfect your form, and set you on a path to getting stronger and healthier while staying injury free!

Senior Personal and Group Training

It’s never too late to build strength. Our muscle mass and strength declines significantly as we age and there is no better way to combat that than with resistance training.

Guiding our clients in gaining strength to make everything in daily life easier is one of our favorite things! We provide a safe and supportive environment for you feel strong and confident as you workout!

In-person Training Sessions

The most personalized way to go! You’ll meet one-on-one with us in our training studio and we will design a customized and comprehensive fitness program to help you maximize your fitness. Our main goal is to empower you to reach your full potential through motivation as well as providing accountability and education. We base our recommendations on sound scientific principles and are committed to providing you with the most up to date, effective practices available!

We help all ages from the young (8-18) to the young at heart! (all the way up to your 80s and 90s! It’s never too late to start!)

Workout whenever and wherever you want - at home or at the gym!

Don’t let your schedule get in your way! We’ll develop a comprehensive plan for you based on your current abilities including strength, cardio and flexibility, that you can do in the place that works best for you! Can’t go to the gym, but have a pair of dumbbells? We’ll make that work! Just want bodyweight? That’s ok too!

We’ll monitor you as you go on a monthly basis through an app-based system! We are available for questions, help keep you accountable and are here to cheer you on every step of the way!
